In the intimate picture, Fat Joe is seen shirtless and holding his autistic, 32-year-old son, Joey.
The post garnered love and support from many other stars like Ashanti, Busta Rhymes, Musiq Soulchild and even former-foe, 50 Cent, who wrote "This the coolest picture you ever posted joe, on some real s***!"
Fat Joe has been an avid supporter of the autistic community, including last April when he wore blue in honor of World Autism Day. Posted up with a vibrant blue jacket and pants, he wrote "World Autism Day Joey is my heart, my king, my everything. Our kids are our biggest blessings. Today I wear Autism blue in honor of our kids and all the families around the world dealing with special needs family members. God makes no mistakes I pray everyday for everyone and I hope you keep us in your prayers #letsgoduke.”
