Currently only available to access via mobile devices, the Yews.News site features two designated drop-down menus labeled “10AM” and “3PM” and includes articles relating to Ye himself, fashion, politics, sports, pop culture, tech and more, with each article featuring a a piece of artwork in the header.
For the section of West-related news, the articles highlight a pre-order for Vultures with a now updated release date of February 15, as well as the announcement of Gosha Rubchinskiy joining YEEZY as its newest Head of Design.
Meanwhile, when it comes to non-West-related news around the world, Ye deemed Elon Musk’s plan for a new university in Austin, Texas, PUMA’s termination of its sponsorship of the Israeli national soccer team and Draymon Green’s physical incident with Jusuf Nurkić during the Warriors vs. Suns game, in his opinion, worthy of sharing.
As reported in October by blue check certified, Trademark Attorney Josh Gerben on X, Kanye filed multiple trademark application for the use of YEWS. Seeking to own and use the trademark for projects and items across education, advertising, banking services, music streaming, TV, beauty care, food and drink, games, clothing, footwear, cookware, alcoholic beverages and more.
