A woman was arrested for beating the crap out of another woman in a Little Caesars restaurant in Georgia. There were several people there video recording the beating, and no one did anything to help the victim.
Should people be charged if they witness a crime and video record it and don't do anything to help the victim of the crime? Obviously, people shouldn't risk their own lives. But standing next to a crime being committed, video recording it and sharing that video on social media to get likes is wrong.
