Carjacking is such a big problem in New Orleans, even women are jacking cars. In this unbelievable video, a woman jacks a car from a gas station in New Orleans East with an eleven year old child and an eight year old child in the car.
She then runs over the leg of one of the children after they jumped out of the car. Luckily, that child's leg wasn't broken. Children should not be left in parked cars in New Orleans, let alone parked cars with the keys in the ignition.
