If you've ever wondered what you'd look like as a fully posable action figure, your wait is finally over. Toy company Hasbro has announced a new line of action figures that come in your personal likeness.

Launching this fall, Hasbro's Selfie Series lets fans imagine themselves as their favorite G.I. JOE, Ghostbusters, Power Rangers, Marvel and Star Wars characters.
The project uses the power of 3D printers to enable fans to create a collector-grade, six-inch action figure in their likeness.
The process is simple: fans download the Hasbro Pulse mobile app, scan their face and customize their character, then sit back and wait for their custom action figure to arrive at their doorstep. The tiny doppelgangers cost $59.99 each.
Hasbro says the new series gives fans the chance to digitally transform themselves into the heroes they see on-screen and imagine themselves as part of the stories they love -- from a Star Wars Rebel Alliance X-wing pilot, morphing into a Power Ranger, silently stalking Cobra as Snake Eyes, or swinging through the New York cityscape like Spider-Man.
"We have done extensive research to truly understand the fan's ask for a personalized product," Hasbro's Brian Chapman said in a statement. "The innovation on this proprietary technology is truly remarkable, and we cannot wait to give fans the opportunity to add themselves to their collections."
The toymaker is partnering with 3D printing company Formlabs to create the action figures.
"3D printing has long been viewed as a prototyping tool, but the Hasbro Selfie Series personalization platform demonstrates that Formlabs enables end-product manufacturing at scale," Max Lobovsky, CEO and co-founder of Formlabs, said in a statement. "I love making and personalizing things I use and am excited to see how fans react to this new 3D printing-powered experience."
Fans attending San Diego Comic-Con (July 21-24) will have the opportunity to preview the series, with a select number of fans each day being among the first to create and purchase their figures.
Hasbro plans to start accepting orders from the public this fall. An official launch date has not yet been announced.
