She and her youngest child, Jameson, were both very sick with strong symptoms which had the 41-year-old singer convinced she wouldn’t make it. “It was really, really bad,” she shared with Mark Wright of Heart Radio in the UK. “I re-wrote my will.”

Aside from re-writing her will, Pink prepared to succumb to COVID-19 by calling her best friend with a message for her daughter, Willow, who was showing no symptoms of the virus along with the singer’s husband Carey.

“At the point where I thought it was over for us, I called my best friend and I said ‘I just need to you tell Willow how much I loved her,’” she reflected. “It was really, really scary and really bad.”

We’re happy to report both Pink and her son made it through and are  celebrating  a new-found appreciation for life after their life-threatening experience with COVID-19. Pink is not taking anything for granted, especially time with her kids.

She recently released a duet with her daughter titled “Cover Me In Sunshine,” which they hope will brighten days for everyone after such a dark year.

“We have this song called 'Cover Me in Sunshine' that we recorded at home because it made us feel happy,” she shared in an Instagram post. “And so we're gonna put it out, for no other reason than that we hope that the song makes people happy.”

Pink is also set to release a new album, "All I Know So Far: The Setlist," along with a documentary of her life on the road this week.
