According to drummer Rikki Rockett, he and the rest of his Poison bandmates -- singer Bret Michaels, guitarist C.C. DeVille, and bassist Bobby Dall -- have all agreed to get back together in 2026.
Speaking with Trunk Nation host Eddie Trunk, who explained frontman Bret Michaels had sent him a pre-interview text telling him to send Rikki his love, "and tell him Poison 2026," Rockett responded, "Absolutely. ’26 is for sure gonna happen... unless some unforeseen thing happens, but all band members have stuck their hand in and said, ‘Yeah, we’re definitely doing it without a doubt.’”
This confirmation from Rikki is certainly welcomed by fans following Michaels' pledge to take some time off in 2025. Back in March, Bret explained in a post on his website that he would be taking the next year “to recharge the batteries,” while teasing a possible return to the road as well.
“With much discussion and real advice from my doctors and family, I will be taking most, if not all, of 2025 off, except for a few select dates with both the Bret Michaels Band and possibly all original Poison.”
