Willie Nelson is bringing his 4th of July Picnic to the east coast this year with a celebration just outside of Philadelphia at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden.

The event, which started in 1973, will take place on the 4th and feature performances by Willie Nelson & Family alongside some of his legendary friends including Bob Dylan, Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, Maren Morris, Mavis Staples, and Celisse.
The trek to the east coast marks the first time in nine years that the show will take place outside of Nelson’s home state of Texas. General ticket sales begin Friday, March 29. Find tickets here.
Those unable to catch Nelson and Dylan at the picnic will have other opportunities over the summer to catch the pair —along with some other names from the show — at Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival tour.
Nelson announced the return of his Outlaw Music Festival tour last month along with the 25 stops it’ll make across the Country with several of his all-star friends. This year’s festival will feature headliners Willie Nelson & Family, Bob Dylan, Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, and John Mellencamp, Brittney Spencer, Celisse, and Southern Avenue. Billy Strings will also join the tour for one special show.
