In one of those "this team gets it" moments, Patrice Bergeron and the Bruins decided to give Saturday's game puck to an unlikely recipient: The team's video coaches.
Is it load management time for the Bruins?
It could've gone to any number of players after a 5-2 win over the red-hot Minnesota Wild. Bergeron and Brad Marchand, for example, both had multi-point days, and they also broke the Boston franchise record for most times connecting on a goal.

But there was a good reason they picked the video team. Two, in fact. The Bruins challenged a pair of would-be Wild goals for offsides and won both reviews. They are now 5-for-5 on coach's challenges this season.
And that is thanks to the work of video coordinator Mat Myers and assistant video coordinator Sean Andrake, who are responsible for quickly reviewing any questionable plays and buzzing down to the bench to let Jim Montgomery and his staff know if they should challenge or not.
Aside from those in-game duties, Myers and Andrake are also responsible for logging and cutting up video from every Bruins game for coaches and players to use, as well as preparing pre-scout videos of opponents.
It's an important job that rarely gets much public recognition, but they deserved some love on Saturday and the Bruins made sure they got it.
