The Boston Celtics' injury report is moving in the wrong direction ahead of Friday night's Game 3 in Orlando, with Jaylen Brown getting added Friday afternoon, joining Jayson Tatum and Jrue Holiday.
Brown, who dominated in Game 2 with Tatum out, is listed as questionable with a right knee posterior impingement. Tatum remains listed as doubtful with his right distal radius bone bruise, and seems likely to miss a second straight game. Holiday was added to the injury report on Thursday with a right hamstring strain and remains questionable.
Brown missed time late in the regular season with a bone bruise in his knee, but answered a lot of questions about how effective he can be with Wednesday's 36-point performance. Popping up on the injury report again isn't ideal, though.
The Celtics have proven they can beat the Magic without Tatum, but missing Brown and/or Holiday as well would obviously make it much more challenging to take a 3-0 series lead.
The final injury report will be released Friday evening closer to a 7 p.m. tip-off at the Kia Center.
