Tom Brady wasn't just talking when saying he had no plans to live in the Northeast again. He is evidently a man of action.

According to "Page Six" Brady and his wife Gisele have bought a $17 million property on Miami's Indian Creek island. The plan is to tear down the existing structure and build their dream house, which was a similar approach the couple took when constructing a home in Brentwood, Calif. (which it sold to Dr. Dre.)

The exclusive neighborhood was recently in the news with the revelation that Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump bought a $31 million plot of land on the island. It is a neighborhood that has just 29 full-time residents and 13 full-time police.

The Bradys recently sold their Tribeca property for just under $40 million, making almost a $15 million profit after its purchase in 2018.

The report state that the couple was recently seen near the property while aboard its newly-purchased boat, Viva a Vida.

Brady has been living in Derek Jeter's Tampa-area mansion during the current NFL season.
