While talking to Rolling Stone about her debut album Glorious, Kate Hudson revealed her “ultimate” dream role is to play Stevie Nicks, and now we can’t not think about it.

When the actress, singer, and so much more was asked about her "dream musical biopic," Hudson expressed that while she has "a couple" in mind, “The ultimate is Stevie.” Nicks that is — duh.

“For all girls who love rock, Stevie’s just our number one,” Kate told RS. Noting that Nicks has “the ultimate rock and roll story,” adding, “There’s so much there."

While the rest of us might be SCREAMING - yes please, make it happen, Kate shared that her family — mom Goldie Hawn, stepdad Kurt Russell and her siblings might not be so about her taking on the currently just imagined role of the Fleetwood Mac singer.

“My family might, like, disown me if I ever got a chance to play Stevie. Cause they’d be like, ‘Can we not go method?’ I would probably go way too far into that character.”

Hudson went on to discuss her other musician biopic ideas, noting that movies in that genre are “about the interesting life, and being able to tell that story correctly. I think Dusty Springfield is a really interesting story.”

Calling the English singer, who passed in 1999 “one of my favorites,” Kate went on to note, “she was very shy, she had a lot of stage fright. Really fascinating woman,” she continued, “I think she struggled with being open about her sexuality. That could be a very powerful movie.”

While thus far, these biopics are merely just thoughts and idea, Hudson does have some acting projects lined up for release including, Running Point, a Netflix comedy series she is co-executive producing with Mindy Kaling.
