While you’re used to seeing Nandi Bushell absolutely destroy it on the drums, within the last year she’s been dabbling with tickling the ivories and has ventured into singing, even releasing an original song called “The Shadows" in October of 2022.

Once again, more recently in mid-July, Nandi dropped the drumsticks to post up at the piano and sing a cover of Adele’s “Easy on Me.”
“Please, go easy [on] me,” she captioned the video. “This is the first time I am posting a video of me singing and playing piano at the same time. I really hope you all like it. The song is ‘Easy On Me’ by the incredible artist Adele.”
As it seems, Nandi – who shot to viral fame for her online drum battles with Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl – had no need to worry, with the 13-year-old musician receiving plenty of praise in the comments section from some very impressive peeps, including Lenny Kravitz and Leona Lewis.
Bushell’s Adele cover was sandwiched between two new drum covers, the first of which came after a bit of a break, “I’m back! It’s been a while since I posted a drum cover. I am really vibing @blink182 at the moment. @travisbarker is a a legend. Now I have finished school for the summer and filming I am going to post a load more videos over the next few weeks. What would you like to see? Green Day, Arctic Monkeys, Paramore, more Rush?,” Nandi wrote in the caption.
Making good on her promise, a little a week ago Nandi dropped another drum cover of a Paramore classic.
“Playing Misery Business is a WORKOUT!,” Nandi started off the caption. “Only just got into @paramore. I wish I had got into them sooner. Amazing tunes and killer drums. I love @yelyahwilliams voice, she can really wail! @zacfarro 💜🤘🏽💜 Next cover coming soon. I am thinking Green day or Rush, maybe Arctic Monkeys or twenty one pilots?…” she said.
Also mentioned in her caption, Nandi noted, “I also started a music school in #ipswich called @stairwaysmusicschool. I am going to be jamming there from September,” and included the school's site link.
