DeCamara: Eagles win over Ravens top-three win this decade

The Eagles erased a 9-0 deficit and won their eighth straight game with a 24-19 win over the Ravens in Baltimore, taking down a Baltimore team that many expect to contend for a Super Bowl berth.

The Birds defense shut down Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson, while Saquon Barkley found the end zone again to get Philly to 10 wins on the season, a victory that Joe DeCamara said is the best win for the team this decade.

“It really was thrilling. It was a phenomenal victory,” Joe said. “I thought it was one of the most impressive victories the Eagles have had this decade. I have it as the third-best win.

“Beating San Fran in the NFC championship game, definitely No. 1. They took apart a great san Fran team and took out two quarterbacks. That’s number one. Number two, winning on the road at KC last year. This is number three this decade.”

Ritchie was surprised to hear DeCamara rank it as the third-best win overall, not just regular season, but Joe says it was that impressive of a victory.

“I thought it was the third-best win the Eagles have had in five years,” Joe said. “By the way, go before that, you might be able to go all the way back to 2017. Phenomenal victory.

“This is really the kind of win that can set the table to win the Super Bowl.”
