Eagles trade deadline news and rumors: Cooper Kupp?
NFL Trade Deadline is on Tuesday, November 5th
Tuesday, November 5th. The day we all know as...NFL trade deadline day.
Philadelphia Eagles GM Howie Roseman is always among the most active and this year's trade deadline should be no different. Roseman reportedly has $33.8 million in 2025 cap space to work with, which is 21st most in the NFL. Philadelphia currently has seven 2025 draft picks and eight 2025 draft picks.
We will track all of the latest Eagles' trade news and rumors ahead of the deadline here.
Rams WR Cooper Kupp
The Rams have reportedly spoken to teams about trading WR Cooper Kupp and they "would be open to taking on some of Kupp's remaining salary in 2024," via The Athletic.
Kupp, 31, is under contract through 2026 with cap hits around $30 million every season.
Los Angeles is reportedly seeking just a second-round pick for Kupp and while the Eagles have invested heavily in the WR position with A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, after that they are thin at the position getting almost no production from any other receiver.
WR's potentially available (according to Adam Schefter):
Diontae Johnson
Adam Thielen
Jonathan Mingo
Treylon Burks
Darius Slayton
Mike Williams
Zay Jones
Raiders DE Maxx Crosby
27-year-old All-Pro and Pro Bowl defensive end Maxx Crosby is one of the biggest names on the defensive side of the ball that has been mentioned in trade rumors after the 2-5 Raiders recently traded star WR Davante Adams to the Jets and appear to be in sell mode.
Crosby, however, has adamantly stated that he wants to be a Raider.
Like Cupp, Crosby is under contract through 2026 and has cap hits of $28.2 million and $24.8 million in 2025 and 2026, per spotrac.com.
Crosby already has 6.5 sacks in just six games so far this season, which ranks 6th in the NFL. Crosby has 58.5 sacks in 89 career games played and has recorded double digit sacks in three of his five NFL seasons.
