Looks like our buddy Morgan Wallen had a rough weekend.
According to News 4 Nashville, an NBC affiliate station, Morgan Wallen was arrested after he and his friends were reportedly asked to leave Kid Rock's bar by security staff around 11p.m. for drunk and disorderly conduct. The group were reportedly kicking glass items inside.
When officers arrived they asked Wallen to leave the area but he refused which is when he was taken into police custody. He has been charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
The 'Whiskey Glasses' singer has since issued an apology on Twitter.
Hey y’all just wanted to clear the air. I went out downtown last night with a few old friends. After a couple bar stops, we were horse-playing with each other. We didn't mean any harm, and we want to say sorry to any bar staff or anyone that was affected.
