A newborn in Milwaukee is fighting for it's life after being given water that had been used to clean cocaine laced syringes. The baby was given multiple doses of Narcan to stay alive.
The father of the baby has been charged with felony child negelct. He told police that he and a friend has purchased cocaine and cleaned their syringes with baby water that was on the kitchen table. Unbeknownst to the child's mother, she accidentally used the water and made formula for her child.
