Richmond Animal Care and Control has exceeded their Team Tommie license plate pre-order goal of 450 and got 463!
The next step will be getting the General Assembly to approve the license plates. Once that passes, the plates will be available through the DMV. Virginia Delegate Jeff Bourne has been the main sponsor of the Team Tommie license plate initiative.
