Why would you want to steal watermelons???
Deputies in North Carolina responded to a call about a crop theft and found a suspect stuck in the middle of a field with dozens of stolen watermelons in the back of his truck!
Officers arrested Michael Anthony Bryant and charged him with misdemeanor larceny. He was given a $500 bond and placed in a detention center.
