That’s a wrap on Audacy’s sixth annual I’m Listening broadcast in partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), and thanks to the free Audacy app, you can revisit the powerful conversations anywhere, anytime.
LISTEN NOW: 2022 I’m Listening broadcast
This year’s special, co-hosted by TODAY and The Voice's Carson Daly and Dr. Alfiee M. Breland-Noble featured wisdom and realness surrounding the topic of mental health from well-known artists, athletes, and experts. Each guest had their turn for honest conversation about their personal experiences with mental health in a continued effort to raise awareness and support.
Those that contributed to this year’s conversation included Carrie Underwood, Ed Sheeran, Adele, Vice President Kamala Harris, Lizzo, NFL star Dak Prescott, Maren Morris, Charlie Puth, sportscaster Stephen A. Smith, and many more.
Additionally, AFSP’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Christine Moutier, joined Katie Neal, host of Audacy’s nationally syndicated Katie + Company, in studio to answer listener questions and hear their stories while supplying real-time advice.
Moved by the conversation? Don’t forget to visit us for our next I'm Listening initiative as we return to the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles for the ninth year of Audacy's star-studded We Can Survive concert. Set to take place on Saturday, October 22 -- the show will include performances by Alanis Morrisette, Halsey, Weezer, OneRepublic, Garbage and more! Tickets are on sale now and can be found HERE.
