Dancing to an instrumental version of "Say Something" by Daniel Jang, Jimmie and his partner, Emma Slater, performed a routine that paid tribute to the film, A Quiet Place, and earned Allen his first tens of the season.
“We got two tens last night, that was my first ten,” Jimmie told Audacy's Rob + Holly. “I didn’t think I was going to get a ten this whole season, honestly. It felt great.”
The night continued to get better for Jimmie, who survived another week of eliminations and will go on to compete in the seventh week of competition next week. With nine couples remaining, the competition is getting stiff and when asked who his biggest competition is, the “Best Shot” singer replied, “Everybody.”
“I’d say everybody. I actually don’t have any idea kinda how it could turn out,” he replied, referring to how the competition might pan out. “People are getting better week by week and also the voting — you never know how that’s going to go.”
