In this week's episode of The Osbournes Podcast, singer Ozzy Osbourne provides fans with an update on his health, discussing the botched spinal surgery that has kept him off the road.

With more permanant plans in mind to keep their empire going strong, Ozzy and Sharon's son, Jack, reveals that the family is in the midst of starting up Osbourne Media House in an effort to centralize their many projects on a web channel, including the original The Osbournes series, separate shows that they've each worked on over the years, as well as their numerous podcasts in the works.
Kelly says she knows she will "annoy people" with her podcast on motherhood, saying she's "obsessed with anything mum," and admitting she's "one step away from a Karen haircut and a f***ing minivan." Sharon's podcast plans are to recap the news of the week -- pop culture and politics.

As for the Prince of Darkness, he says he's just hoping to be able to talk about topics other than his "f***ed up body" on his own podcast after receiving spinal surgeries that forced him off the road following an ATV accident. "I made the announcement earlier that I'm done touring," he explains, "and I sat there after that and I go, 'What now?' I don't do anything else, I'm not interested in anything else... Music has been my life. I don't know how to do anything else but be Ozzy Osbourne."
The singer explained how receiving two GRAMMYs for his last record, Patient Number 9, was encouraging at this point in his storied career but also proved frustrating to him. "It pisses me off," he says, "because I know that's as far as I can go with it, for now. I mean, I got the award, but I couldn't do a gig right now. I'm working towards it."
Updating fans on his current health status, Osbourne says he will be going in for an epidural injection soon, "because what they've discovered, is that the neck has been fixed, but below the neck there's these two vertebrae that when the bike hit me they just disintegrated. There's nothing left of them."
Asked by Jack if the doctors will be fusing discs, Ozzy says "I don't know what the f*** they're doing. All I know is right now I'm in a lot of pain, a lot of discomfort." Another surgery will be needed it is revealed, making it four, but in the end, Sharon says the doctor is unsure if it will even work. "We're gonna get a second and third opinion," she says, "and he's doing that now."
"What's happening now," Ozzy adds, "the muscles of my shoulders have separated from my skeleton, and that's why I lean forward, because gravity is bringing my head forward. But I was thinking, I walked like that all my life," he says, as Sharon adds Ozzy told her he thought it was cool to have such an odd gait as a kid.
His Parkinson's diagnosis is another matter entirely, Ozzy says. "I never think about it... because it's so mild, it's ridiculous," he reveals. "If I don't take the medication, I tremble a little bit in the morning," he admits, but it is "absolutely" the spine injury that is proving to be his major hurdle.
Although unrelated, Ozzy says the two issues have crossed paths. "When the doctor did the second surgery, who f***ed me up, they go, 'well, you've got Parkinson's.' It's a get-out clause when doctors f*** up," he explains. "This other doctor says to me the other day... he wanted to put a f***ing four-foot pole down my neck..." while yet another told him never to see him again if he had that procedure done. "My advice to anybody," Ozzy says, "if any doctor or any surgeon says, 'you need surgery,' you have to go for a second and third opinion. I don't know what I was thinking when that guy did my neck, I mean, I just thought he knew what he was doing."
