Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour kicked off Wednesday in Stockholm, Sweden and we’ve got the details on the setlist, photos, and more. This is the Queen's first solo headline tour in seven years and she did not come to disappoint (but really, when does she ever?).
Giving fans a captivating three-hour performance featuring robotic dancing arms, disco balls, pyrotechnics, and a crystalline horse, she kicked this tour off with a remarkable 37- song setlist, not only performing every song from her 2022 album, Renaissance, but also highlighting her extensive career with some classic throwbacks like “Dangerously in Love” and “Say My Name,” a hit she made while with OG girl group, Destiny’s Child. She performed songs from all of her albums and even highlighted some of her major collaborations like number one hit with Megan Thee Stallion, “Savage Remix”
As videos from the performance have flooded social media, you can’t help but to admire her essence, energy and overall talent.
Many have praised her for highlighting the Black and LGBTQ+ community through her choreography and special elements like displaying the Pan-African flag and spotlighting queer voguers.
The “Cuff It” singer will continue touring throughout Europe until June 27 and will be heading to Canada for two dates before heading to the United States July 12 with her first stop being in Philadelphia and ending September 27 in New Orleans.
