Former President Barack Obama shared via social media that he has tested positive for COVID-19 and is experiencing mild symptoms.
“I’ve had a scratchy throat for a couple days, but am feeling fine otherwise,” Mr. Obama said in a tweet.
He went on to share in his tweet that he and former First Lady Michelle Obama are vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. He also said that she had tested negative for the virus.
“It’s a reminder to get vaccinated if you haven’t already, even as cases go down,” he said.
