1. Elf (2003) - Buddy the elf, what's your favorite color? This quotable Christmas classic needs to be played at least once a year. For the most part, this Will Farrell classic is great for the whole family, and you can catch Peter Dinklage is one of his best roles, B.T. (Before Tyrion)
2. Bad Moms Christmas (2017) - If the pressure of a perfect holiday is making you want to cry, turn those tears of despair into tears of laughter with Mila Kunis, Kristin Bell, and Katherine Hahn at their jingle best.
3. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989) - Personally, we think this Chevy Chase flick can be enjoyed year round, but there's something special about watching the Griswold's house light up your screen each December. 'Tis the season to be Merry! (is that your name?)
4. The Night Before (2015) - NOT A FAMILY MOVIE! We repeat, NOT A FAMILY MOVIE! If you're having a watch party with your roommates, instead of the kids, then laugh it up to this Seth Rogen comedy.
5. Home Alone (1990) - What did families even watch at Christmas before the 90's? We can't imagine a holiday season without the movie that made Macaulay Culkin a star. You can stream this title over and over on Disney+, ya filthy animal.
6. Bad Santa (2003) - another flick that should be turned on only after you're sure the kids are asleep. This movie is dirtier than Santa's suit after he wiggles down the chimney, but Billy Bob Thornton is the best at being bad.
7. A Christmas Story (1983) - Some would argue Christmas isn't complete without a visit to Ralphie's home at Christmas. Grab your bunny suit, and your red rider air rifle, just be careful not to shoot your eye out. You'll need it to watch TV.
8. How The Grinch Stole Christmas (2000) - Jim Carrey is a national treasure, even though he's technically an import from Canada. Carrey is crazy, kooky, weird, and downright funny in this retelling of the Dr. Seuss holiday favorite. He's a mean one, but he's also a riot!
9. Trading Places (1983) - Comedy legends Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd give a gut-busting take on what it might be like to live someone else's life for a bit. Keep in mind, this film was created in the 80's, and probably COULDN'T be made today.
10. Office Christmas Party (2018) - If you like Christmas raunchy, this film will get you in the holiday spirit! If an office party like this ever happened in real life, first, we need to hear about it ASAP, and secondly, that office shut down, right?
11. Four Christmases (2008) - If you dream of ditching the fam and heading off on a glorious beach vacation every December, this cute comedy starring Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn might either remind you why you stick around, or convince you to book a flight, like now.
12. Jingle All the Way (1996) - Before he was the Governator, Arnold Schwarzenegger was king of 90's blockbusters. This holiday romp, co-starring Sinbad, is no exception.
13. Scrooged (1988) - Only Bill Murray could make A Christmas Carol (a story about a series of ghosts) even weirder than it was to begin with. But, it's Bill Murray, so of course it's genius!
14. Muppets Christmas Carol (1992) - Like all Muppets movies, it's silly, funny, and family friendly. Their take on A Christmas Carol also stars Michael Caine as Ebenezer Scrooge.
15. Last Holiday (2006) - Ok, this one starts a little dark. Queen Latifah plays a woman who's told she only has a few weeks to live. HOWEVER, she decides to make the most of those few weeks, at a luxurious spa. It's feel-good Christmas comedy, through and through.
