Segment 1: Marine Corps veteran James Ferguson is the founder of Warrior Reunion Foundation, a non-profit that allows small combat units to hold reunions by helping with planning and covering all related costs except for travel. Ferguson explains how the organization came to be, and why he thinks it's important for vets to reconnect with those they went to war with.

Segment 2: There are many companies that have invested in vets by hiring them and putting them in position to succeed. Karl Snyder of Vets Indexes says that investment pays off, and can pay for your investment portfolio as well.
