On this episode of The CV Report, we hear stories about two different wartime generations.

Friends of the National WWII Memorial's Executive Director Holly Rotondi, talks about how they honor members of The Greatest Generation not just through the stunning memorial but additional programs.

They're actively looking for WWII veterans to honor in a modern way. Click here for more information about this unique program.

Rotondi also shares an incredible story about a memento she received from D-Day veteran Herman Zeitchik. Zeitchik was among the 4th Infantry Division soldiers who landed at Utah Beach on June 6, 1944.  He was recently recognized as a guest of honor at the President's State of Union address in February.
