The Smithsonian Channel debuts a new 3 part series, “The Hunt for Eagle 56” about a Navy warship sunk by the Germans in 1945, just off the coast of Maine.
We talk with Navy historian Paul Lawton whose research made finding the shipwreck possible and finally corrected the US Navy's false account of the incident.
