The Space Force officially "showcased" its new logo "to the world" complete with an explanation of all of its symbolism -- excluding, of course, its similarities to the Starfleet logo. Still no explanations about that.
The Space Force has been working in recent months to grow its personnel force and wrestle its trademark back from the Netflix counterpart, "Space Force."
Does Netflix own the trademark on America's Space Force?
While the Department of Defense's newest branch has yet to announce what its personnel will be called (Space Cadets? Spacemen? Spacies?) there has been recent speculation as to its rank structure.
Rep. Dan Crenshaw, D-Texas, this week introduced an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would require the Space Force to use the rank structure none of us really understand -- the Navy's.
Space Force may adopt a Navy rank structure
Again, this couldn't possibly have anything to do with copying Star Trek.
