The Aloha State is home to more than 100,000 veterans. Hawaii is the only U.S. state with two official languages, English and Hawaiian. The official state fish is the Humuhumunukanukuapua’a fish, which means “trigger fish with a snout like a pig.” Sounds lovely. Possession of a shark fin can land you in jail for one year.
