iEx 2020 will be highlighted by keynote speaker Mark Johnson, co-founder of innovation consulting company Innosight.
Veterans groups, govt brace for surge in mental health needs
Johnson, a Navy veteran and author, co-founded Innosight with Harvard Business School professor Clayton M. Christensen in 2000. He will discuss how innovators throughout VHA can turn their visionary thinking into reality and innovate for the long-term future, impacting veteran health care for years to come. He will also discuss how disruptive change does not need to be a threat – it can become a tremendous opportunity for growth.
