RecruitMilitary is helping veterans transition into the civilian workforce and find fulfilling careers after they leave the service.

And CEO Tim Best, a former Army special operations attack helicopter pilot, said RecruitMilitary isn’t just a recruitment platform. He called it a beacon of hope for those who have served the nation and are now navigating the complexities of civilian life.

"Our purpose at RecruitMilitary is empowering the military community through meaningful career opportunities," Best emphasizes. "We act on that purpose every day by executing our mission, which is connecting employers with the military community."

Best said RecruitMilitary is a vital link between employers and veterans that facilitates connections leading to successful placements and fulfilling careers. He added that the organization provides an array of resources, from resume reviews and interview preparation to webinars and networking events.

Best said his journey from the cockpit to RecruitMilitary is a testament to its dedication to veterans.

"I really fell in love with the idea of staying connected to the veteran community," he said. "I loved the team and this idea that there really was this purpose-driven organization that I could go pour myself into like I had in service."

According to Best, RecruitMilitary is the only job board in the world that calls every registrant.

"We help walk them through to make sure that they're really representing themselves as effectively as they can be in that digital profile to create better matches,” he explained.

Best said the organization provides comprehensive support to veterans at every stage of their career transition. From career fairs held in MLB or NFL stadiums to virtual eveAccnts accessible to veterans worldwide, RecruitMilitary ensures that no veteran is left behind in the pursuit of employment opportunities.

Best shared the story of a transitioning Army veteran who found his perfect career fit at a RecruitMilitary career fair.

"This job seeker went to the career fair and engaged with a number of employers and fell in love with one of the employers there," Best shares. "That conversation probably took 10 minutes of the career fair, turned into a job, which he has already been promoted in to branch manager since he started."
