From Chaos to Calm: How Organize Kaos Is Transforming People’s Lives

Hi, I’m Ashley Harper—founder of Organize Kaos, a personalized organizing business that helps people get organized, stay focused, and live better.

I’m a professional organizer who blends practical solutions with personalized guidance. Through a combination of consulting and coaching, I help clients not just get organized—but stay organized. The consulting side focuses on creating systems tailored to your unique needs and goals. The coaching side offers structured, one-on-one guidance to help you shift habits and behaviors—so your life runs more smoothly, not just your space. Together, it’s a process designed for real life and lasting change.

Before launching Organize Kaos, I spent years supporting friends, family, nonprofits, and small businesses through moments of overwhelm, transition, and growth. Whether it was helping someone downsize, streamline a workspace, or get through a difficult life shift, I found myself naturally creating structure out of stress. Over time, that hands-on experience—paired with a deep understanding of how life gets messy—evolved into a purposeful, client-centered business.

At the heart of my approach is the KAOS Method—a signature framework that combines expert consulting with personalized coaching to help you clear the clutter—physically and mentally. We focus on building systems that work for your life, while simultaneously exploring your current habits and mindset—making thoughtful adjustments that are doable and sustainable. It’s not just about getting organized—it’s about creating lasting change.

The name “Organize Kaos” reflects exactly that: transforming chaos into calm with practical, sustainable steps. I offer personalized support both virtually and through in-person sessions for local clients who desire a more hands-on approach.

If you’ve ever said, “I don’t even know where to start,” that’s exactly where I step in.

Each week we will select one woman owned business to celebrate on air, online, and on social. If you would like to nominate your business, or someone you know, let us know here!
