The Woman Behind the Brand / Founders:
Alexa Coyle
Co-Founder, Mentor & Director of Business Operations and Development
A Bozeman, Montana native, Alexa captained her high school and collegiate teams, starred at the University of Montana (ranking 9th in program goals) where she captained the team and earned many honors, and played professionally in Scotland’s Women’s Premier League. Armed with an MBA and a BS in Management Information Systems, she now balances leadership at The Female Edge with her role as a Marketing Manager for the Seattle Seahawks and Lumen Field.
Toni Malone
Co-Founder, Mentor & Director of Creative Development
A Springfield, Oregon native, Toni excelled at Thurston High School and then at Oregon State University - where she captained the team and earned Team MVP as well as other honors. After launching a pro career in Austria’s Frauen Bundesliga and in the Scotland’s Women’s Premier League, Toni now calls Portland home, and she now balances leadership at The Female Edge with coaching youth soccer and supporting elementary students as a mental health counselor.
