Trapper’s Sushi is so much more than just great sushi & good vibes. We have raised over 2 million dollars for the Valley Girl’s & Guys Cancer Foundation through in store fundraising, golf tournaments & Dine Out for a Cure the past 13 years.
Trapper’s Sushi also provides ordinary people, extraordinary opportunities within the organization by fostering internal employee advancement through their leadership development program, The Wingfield Program EST. in 2021. This program offers all employee’s an opportunity to work their way up in the company from entry level hourly positions, learning the fundamentals of business management and receiving promotions accordingly. I, myself was originally hired as a Food Server in 2012 and named CEO in January 2024. My story is a true testament of the internal opportunities Trapper’s Sushi continues to provide.
