John Sutter Statue Removed From Outside Sacramento Hospital

The John Sutter statue which stands outside Sutter General Hospital is set to be removed. The statue was vandalized last week among other statues being vandalized across the country causing controversial statues to be removed. The statue depicts John Sutter, a German-Swiss colonizer, who established Sutter's Fort but was known to have enslaved and mistreated American Natives. Click HERE for details.
