The internet fell in love with a letter written by a little boy asking Santa if God loves him for being gay.
The Daily Mail shared this letter, which was sent through the U.S. Postal Service's Operation Santa, which read:
The boy's age wasn't revealed, but based on the handwriting it looks like he's pretty young. I tear up reading his words, and I just want to give him a hug!
Operation Santa allows individuals and organizations to adopt letters and send presents to the children that write them. Presents are typically anything from toys to basic necessities.
