Everyone is happy that salons and barber shops are allowed to reopen in California (with certain protocols in place), including Governor Gavin Newsom.
On Tuesday, Newsom posted a photo on Instagram from over the weekend showing his kids presumably cutting his hair (or just playing with it - it's hard to tell). He compared his looks to Joe Exotic, captioning the photo, "Scenes from this weekend: Praying I don't end up looking like Gov. Exotic."
Do you think Governor Newsom could rock a mullet? I mean of course he could, but SHOULD he? Lol.
