
California will receive 327,000 doses of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine by mid-December.
Governor Gavin Newsom confirmed Monday (via CBS Los Angeles) that the state will receive 327,000 doses of the new Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine within the next month. Details about distribution of the vaccine have not yet been released.
Newsom also addressed during the press briefing that, if California's COVID-19 numbers continue to get even worse, our state "will need to take drastic action, including a potential stay-at-home order for regions with concerning hospitalizations and ICU capacity."
