Sacramento's ICU capacity has fallen below 15%, which means a stay-at-home order will be put in place.

According to the Sacramento Bee, the Greater Sacramento region will be placed under a stay-at-home order Thursday night just before midnight. This means that restaurants will need to shut down outdoor dining and hair salons, barbershops, and nail salons will need to close down. Retailers will need to limit capacity to 20% and everyone is asked to stay at home except to perform essential jobs or go out for basic necessities like grocery shopping.

This stay-at-home order is in place for at least three weeks.
