Saturday, October 3, is Mean Girls Day. So to celebrate, I'm revisiting real-life feuds in music for the Throwback Threesome on Friday, October 2 at 4:30 p.m.!
Every Friday afternoon at this time, I play three throwback songs in a row that all have one theme. This week, I'm playing artists who have had beef with each other (or with other people), along with their message for the haters.
1. Taylor Swift feat. Kendrick Lamar "Bad Blood"
2. Katy Perry "Roar"
It was all a misunderstanding between Katy and Taylor, but the two finally made up in recent years to bury the hatchet. Taylor's latest peace offering was a handmade baby blanket for Katy's newborn daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom.
3. Kanye West "Stronger"
I mean....it's really the world vs. Kanye at this point. That's all I'm gonna say.
