Authorities are responding to a shooting that occured at Arden Fair Mall on Black Friday evening.
According to Sacramento PD (via Fox 40), the shooter fled the scene and there is currently no active threat where the shooting occurred.
Fox 40 reports one person was pronounced dead at the scene, confirmed by the Sacramento Fire Department. Another person was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
