A grandmother and her 6-year-old granddaughter were removed from their hotel room in the middle of the night by police for the sole reason of leaving a bad review.

According to the Daily Mail, Susan Leger and her granddaughter checked into their hotel room in Georgia and were dissatisfied with a few things about the property. Susan received an email from Hotels.com inviting her to leave a review, so she did, writing that she felt the hotel was "run down," the pool was closed, and the toilet "doesn't flush well."

Susan didn't know that her review would be forwarded to hotel management DURING her stay, but the three-out-of-five-star review made its way to manager Danny Vyas...who then gave Susan a call telling her to get out and threatening to call police because of her bad review.

Now personally, when I first saw this story I immediately thought there's GOTTA be more to this story. Surely Susan flipped out and became a total Karen in this situation. It's not clear what her temperament was, but based on the police report, Danny REALLY went there and called 911 because she left a bad review.

WXIA obtained 911 audio, where Danny "explicitly references" Susan's bad review as the reason he wanted her out. (Via Daily Mail)

Susan and her granddaughter ended up having to leave the hotel in their pajamas and find another place to stay.

Ultimately, this seems to me like a situation where two personalities clashed and it was best they go their separate ways...and clearly neither of them handled the situation well. That's just my opinion.
