A man driving a truck was arrested on suspicion of trying to abduct a bikini barista through the drive-thru window in Auburn, Washington.
Frightening surveillance video (obtained by Daily Mail) shows a man in a pickup truck grabbing the barista's wrist as she hands him a coffee, and attempting to put a zip tie on her. The barista pulls her arm away and the truck drives off.
The unnamed suspect was arrested at his home on Tuesday.
If you've ever spent any time in the Pacific Northwest, you're probably familiar with bikini baristas. Essentially, they serve coffee in tiny coffeehouses and their uniform is a bikini.
The victim said that this was a random incident at her place of employment of 9 years. She also added that her female-owned employer has safety precautions in place for the baristas' protection, including mace, tasers, cameras, and a silent panic button.
