So far this season, lavender and cherries have taken over Boa Vista Orchards. Now it's blueberries' turn!
From July 1 through July 11, you can get blueberry-everything at Boa Vista at Apple Hill, including blueberry ice cream, donuts, lemonade, jam, hard cider, sangria, jelly, pies & pastries, and of course, blueberries by themselves.
They recommend that you arrive early in the day, as some items have the possibility of selling out later in the day and on weekends. Since it can be a bit of a drive for many people to get there, the last thing you want to have happen is to not get your favorite goodies after driving all the way there, so plan accordingly!
The farm is open from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and you can get goodies from the bakery 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you're going for lunch, plan to be there from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
