Disneyland shares emotional video as they gear up for reopening
Disney Parks Blog shared an emotional video from behind-the-scenes leading up to Disneyland's reopening.
On Tuesday, @disneyparksblog shared the video above featuring cast members waving at the camera as they get ready to reopen Disneyland after over a year of being closed.
The caption reads, "After being closed for a year, the magic is finally returning to @Disneyland Resort theme parks on April 30. Our cast members eagerly await your arrival! #MagicIsHere."
Restrictions are still in place as they reopen the park. According to their website, only California residents may visit the parks and in groups no larger than three households, which is in compliance with state guidelines.
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa reopens on Thursday, while the Disneyland Hotel and Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel will reopen at a later date which is yet to be announced. Select retail and dining locations in the Downtown Disney District are currently open.
