A new reality show called FBoy Island is coming to HBO Max this summer, and it has ties to The Bachelor and Love Is Blind.
According to Deadline, the 10-episode series comes from Elan Gale, a former executive producer of The Bachelor and Sam Dean, a showrunner of Netflix's Love Is Blind. It follows three women who move to a topical island and they have to sort through 24 men that are half-and-half "nice guys" and "FBoys." There's also a cash prize involved.
Honestly, I'm getting anxiety right now for these women and I haven't even watched the show.
The women choose a guy at the end where it's revealed whether the guy was a nice boy or an FBoy. Ultimately this is an experiment to see if FBoys can reform and improve their ability to date and have a healthy, lasting relationship.
Comedian Nikki Glaser will host the show. As of right now, there's no set premiere date for FBoy Island, however, it will be released this summer on HBO Max.
