One of the buildings featured in Disney's The Princess Diaries hit the market for $9 Million in San Francisco.

According to Daily Mail, the mansion used for the exterior shot of Mia Thermopolis' high school is now on the market. The 100-year-old home, which is located in San Francisco's Marina District, became the fictional Anthony R. Grove High School in the movie.

Although we only see the front of the building in the movie, its interior is absolutely stunning. Its classic design makes this a real-life princess mansion in the Bay.

Designed by famous architect August Headman, the 4,500-square-foot, 4-bed, 3.5 bath home is currently owned by Michael Mendes, former CEO of Just Desserts. At the time The Princess Diaries was filmed, the home was owned by former San Francisco Giants owner Bob Lurie.
