49ers Injuries: Brock Purdy in, almost everyone else out

The 49ers will have Brock Purdy this Sunday. They just won't have much more than that. Kyle Shanahan said Friday that unless something changes, Purdy will play Sunday against the Bills, but a number of other players are out.

OUT:
Nick Bosa (hip, oblique)
Trent Williams (ankle)
Deommodore Lenoir (knee/quad contusion)
Aaron Banks (concussion)
Jordan Elliott (concussion)
Dre Greenlaw (Achilles-21-day practice window opened)

Questionable:
Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (knee)
Chris Conley (knee)
Kevin Givens (groin)
Renardo Green (neck)
Brock Purdy (shoulder)

The Bills, meanwhile, will be without their top tight end Dalton Kincaid. They have rookies Keon Coleman (wrist) and DeWayne Carter (IR-wrist), as well as top linebacker Matt Milano (IR-biceps) as questionable.

Shanahan also said that Fred Warner, who revealed that he's playing through a fractured bone in his ankle, isn't at risk of the injury worsening.
