ESPN announced a 10-week slate for Season 2 of the "Manningcast," a simulcast of Monday Night Football hosted by Peyton and Eli Manning.
When the 49ers host the Rams in Week 4 -- in the first meeting of the two divisional rivals who met in the NFC Championship -- the Manning bros will be breaking down the action on ESPN2.
The alternate telecast featured not only the two Super Bowl winning quarterbacks last season, but guests such as Snoop Dogg, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Charles Barkley, Pat McAfee and Michael Strahan.
It will be interesting to see whether there's less interest in an alternate telecast of Monday Night Football now that ESPN has lured Joe Buck and Troy Aikman to their booth, hoping to restore the program to its former glory.
